1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Every order placed on Pustak Bazaar is processed with priority:

• Dispatch Window: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) are typically dispatched on the same day or within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
• Secure Packaging: All books are carefully wrapped in water-resistant bubble lining with corrugated reinforcement to prevent transit corner dents.

• Orders ₹499 and Above: 100% FREE Standard Shipping anywhere in India.
• Orders Below ₹499: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applied to subsidize safe courier transport.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Surcharge: Zero additional surcharge for COD orders where available.

4. Live Shipment Tracking

As soon as your shipment is handed over to our courier partner:

• You will receive an SMS notification on your registered mobile number containing the Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number and courier link.
• You can also track your shipment live anytime from your My Account > Orders page on Pustak Bazaar.

We partner with India's most dependable express logistics providers including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post Speed Post for remote locations.
